COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

ALL FOOD IS DELIVERED CHILLED. PLEASE REFRIDGERATE IMMEDIATELY.

ONLY REHEAT THE FOOD ONCE.

PLEASE REUSE AND RECYCLE ALL PACKAGING.


STEAK BURGER

Preheat your oven to 180oC.

Once hot, place the hash browns on a baking tray and cook for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Oil and season the patty with salt and pepper. Put a frying pan on to heat on a hot heat. Fry patty on each side for 3-4 minutes. Add bacon to the pan at this stage if you've chosen this as an extra). Place the slice of cheese onto the patty for the final minute of cooking to melt.


CHICKEN BURGER

Preheat your oven to 180oC.

Remove the bhajis from the metal tin. Place the buttermilk chicken fillet in the oven in it's metal tin. Cook for 10 minutes. Place the onion bhajis in the same tin as the chicken for the last 5 minutes of cooking.


PORK BURGER

Preheat your oven to 180oC.

Remove the onion rings from the metal tin and place on a baking tray. Place the lid back on the metal tin with pork in. Place both the pork and the onion rings in the oven and cook for 15 minutes or until piping hot.


MUSHROOM HALOUMI BURGER

Preheat your oven to 180oC.

Remove the haloumi from the metal tin and set aside. Leave the lid off the tin. Place the mushroom tin in the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes until piping hot. Whilst the mushroom is cooking, heat a frying pan on a medium heat and add a little oil. In the last 5 minutes of cooking time of the mushroom, fry the haloumi on each side until golden brown.


TO CONSTRUCT......

Split the bap in half lengthways and place cut side down in a hot frying pan and heat for 1-2 minutes until the edges are toasted. The rest is up to personal preference really.

We like to add a layer of lettuce on top of the base of the bun, and add the mayo (or coleslaw if having the pork burger). Then add the main event (meat/mushroom). Once that's on, we top with the extras and place the lid of the bun on. You have there and exceptionally tasty burger!


POTATO WEDGES

Preheat your oven to 180oC.

Place wedges on a baking tray and cook for 20-25 minutes until crispy.


CAULI NUGGS

Preheat your oven to 180oC.

Place cauliflower nuggets on a baking tray and cook for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden. Once out the oven, sprinkle with the spring onions and serve with Katsu mayo.
